Appropriates $12,000,000 from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund to the Department of Public Safety for the Mississippi Law Enforcement and Fire Fighters Premium Pay Program for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023).

Requires the Department of Public Safety to verify that all expenditures comply with federal guidelines under Section 602 of the Social Security Act as amended by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 before disbursing funds.

Mandates compliance with the Single Audit Act and Uniform Guidance requirements for internal controls, sub-recipient monitoring, and audit requirements.

Requires the Department of Public Safety to certify to the Department of Finance and Administration that all expenditures comply with U.S. Department of Treasury guidelines for Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund use.

Establishes that if federal auditors determine improper use of funds, the responsible department or recipient must repay the amount to Mississippi for federal repayment; effective July 1, 2022.
