Authorizes Mississippi to issue up to $1,200,000 in state general obligation bonds to help the City of Pontotoc relocate its Main Street fire station to a less congested corner lot nearby

Creates the "2022 City of Pontotoc Fire Station Relocation Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue and must be issued before July 1, 2026

Pledges the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi for repayment of the bonds

Exempts the bonds and income from them from all state taxation and designates them as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions
