Appropriates $19,603,302 from special funds for the Public Employees' Retirement System's administrative expenses and maintenance/operation of the Retirement System Building for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023)

Authorizes 167 permanent full-time positions with no time-limited positions for the agency

Allocates up to $3,538,000 specifically for maintaining, upgrading, and operating the computer system

Limits building maintenance and repair expenditures to no more than $300,000

Establishes the Public Employees' Retirement System Building Repair and Maintenance Fund to collect rental income from the building at 301 North President Street in Jackson, with unexpended funds transferring to the Administrative Budget Fund at fiscal year end
