Appropriates $1,832,767 for Senate member salaries, mileage, insurance, and daily expense allowances, plus $6,046,612 for the Senate Contingent Fund

Allocates $4,440,134 for the Joint Legislative Budget Committee, $2,568,984 for the Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review, $879,207 for the Joint Legislative Reapportionment Committee, and $400,000 for the Joint Legislative Code Committee

Provides $2,639,066 to the House and $1,145,308 to the Senate for monthly expense allowances of legislators, plus $429,880 for various interstate assessments and organizations

Requires prior approval from House Management Committee or Senate Rules Committee for any out-of-state travel expenses and gives purchasing preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bids are equal
