Appropriates $10,964,532.00 from the State General Fund and $22,613,642.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023).

Authorizes 155 permanent full-time and 8 time-limited full-time positions for the department.

Allocates $8,000,000.00 for repair, renovation, and construction projects; $3,000,000.00 for historic site preservation grants to nonprofits; and $750,000.00 for repairs to the New Capitol, Old Capitol, Governor's Mansion, and War Memorial Building.

Provides $2,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties and $100,000.00 for capital development and maintenance of Beauvoir Shrine.

Reappropriates $220,820.00 for the de la Pointe-Krebs House project and $100,000.00 for Beauvoir from prior-year authorizations, with no expenditure exceeding unexpended balances as of June 30, 2022.
