Reappropriates $10,000,000 for construction and renovation projects at Institutions of Higher Learning, Community and Junior Colleges, and various state agencies

Allocates $248,570 for upgrades and renovation of the water treatment facility at Alcorn State University

Reappropriates $45,735,976 and $13,804,041 in separate funds for repair, renovation, and improvements of state-owned properties, universities, and community colleges

Designates $39,400,000 for the first phase of construction of the new Department of Public Safety headquarters building

All reappropriations are limited to unexpended balances as of June 30, 2022, and must be used for their originally authorized purposes
