Appropriates $2,438,826.00 from special funds to the State Oil and Gas Board for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023)

Authorizes 32 permanent full-time positions for the agency

Requires agency to maintain personnel services expenditures for FY2024 at or below FY2023 appropriated levels unless new programs or positions are added by legislature

Restricts use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds previously used for salaries

Takes effect July 1, 2022
