Sets performance targets including handling 240 utility docket cases, 4,560 utility complaints with a 3-day average resolution time, and 630 pipeline inspections

Requires the commission to report to the House Public Utilities Committee by August 1, 2022, detailing time expended on each regulated entity during fiscal year 2022
