Appropriates $838,822,547.00 from the State General Fund to the Governor's Office-Division of Medicaid for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023).

Appropriates $292,498,317.00 from the Medical Care Fund and $5,896,606,971.00 from special source funds for Medicaid medical assistance and administrative expenses.

Appropriates $63,230,003.00 from the Health Care Expendable Fund, with $9,000,000.00 for CHIP program at up to 209% poverty level and $54,230,003.00 for medical program matching funds.

Authorizes 984 permanent and 23 time-limited positions for the Division of Medicaid.

Establishes performance targets for administrative services, medical services, CHIP, and home and community-based waiver programs, and requires monthly statistical and financial reports to the Legislative Budget Office and PEER Committee.
