Appropriates an additional $215,258 from State Treasury funds credited to the Office for the same fiscal year

Authorizes 9 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the Office

Requires the Office to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2022

Prohibits the use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds used for salaries, and prohibits agencies from incurring obligations exceeding their appropriation
