Appropriates $29,857,765.00 from the State General Fund and $9,876,923.00 from special funds for the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023).

Authorizes 88 permanent full-time positions and 229 time-limited full-time positions for the Attorney General's Office.

Allocates $5,690,346.00 in General Fund court assessment revenue for specific programs including Crime Victims Compensation ($1,901,332.00), State Prosecutor Education ($662,582.00), and Cyber Crime Unit ($944,722.00).

Provides $1,000,000.00 to the Prosecutors Training Division, $680,000.00 to the Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Unit, and $2,500,000.00 to the Victims of Human Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation Fund.

Requires the Attorney General's Office to maintain detailed accounting records and submit quarterly reports on expenditures of court assessment funds to legislative appropriations committees.
