Authorizes issuance of up to $60,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund site development, construction, furnishing, and equipping of a new Mississippi Armed Forces Museum near Camp Shelby in Forrest County

Creates the "2022 New Mississippi Armed Forces Museum Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds for the museum project

Bonds must mature within 25 years from date of issue and cannot be issued after July 1, 2026

The $60 million bond authorization will be reduced by any other funds the Legislature appropriates during the 2022 Regular Session for the same museum project

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all taxation in Mississippi and are backed by the full faith and credit of the state
