Authorizes the State Bond Commission to issue up to $637,775.00 in general obligation bonds for the Town of Rienzi, Mississippi, with a deadline of July 1, 2026.

Creates a special fund designated "2022 Town of Rienzi Town Hall Building and Curlee Building Fund" to receive and disburse bond proceeds.

Allocates up to $237,375.00 for repair, renovation, and additions to the Rienzi Town Hall building and related facilities.

Allocates up to $400,440.00 for repair, renovation, upgrades, and improvements to the Curlee building and related facilities in Rienzi.

Bonds are general obligations of Mississippi backed by the full faith and credit of the state, with principal and interest exempt from state taxation, and remaining fund balances applied to debt service after project completion.
