Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $200,000 to assist the Town of Jumpertown, Mississippi with repair, rehabilitation, upgrades, and improvements to four wastewater collection system pumping stations and related facilities.

Creates a special fund designated "2022 Town of Jumpertown Wastewater Collection System Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the authorized projects.

Establishes that bonds shall be general obligations of the State of Mississippi backed by the full faith and credit of the state, with principal and interest payable from appropriated funds or the State Treasury if insufficient.

Specifies that bond terms include maturity not exceeding 25 years from issuance, interest rates not to exceed limits in Section 75-17-101 of the Mississippi Code, and that bonds are exempt from state taxation.

Sets July 1, 2026 as the deadline for bond issuance and requires the State Bond Commission to certify project completion or abandonment before remaining funds are applied to debt service.
