Authorizes issuance of up to $1,486,550 in state general obligation bonds to assist the Thrasher Water Association in Prentiss County, Mississippi

Funds will pay for construction, repair, replacement, expansion, upgrades, and improvements to the association's water system and related infrastructure

Creates the "2022 Thrasher Water Association Improvements Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds must be issued by July 1, 2026, may mature up to 25 years from date of issue, and are exempt from all state taxation

The State Bond Commission will oversee bond issuance, with the full faith and credit of Mississippi pledged for repayment
