Appropriates $3,179,016.93 from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund to the Town of Summit, Mississippi for repair and renovation of water and sewer infrastructure for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023)

Funds must comply with Section 602 of the federal Social Security Act as added by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) and U.S. Treasury guidelines

Town must certify to the Department of Finance and Administration that all expenditures comply with federal ARPA requirements and ensure compliance with the Single Audit Act

If federal inspectors determine funds were used improperly and Mississippi must repay the federal government, the Town of Summit must reimburse the state for those amounts

Town must verify recipients have not received reimbursement for the same expenses from any other source, including insurance proceeds
