Appropriates $200,000 from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund to the Town of Jumpertown for repair, rehabilitation, upgrades, and improvements to four wastewater collection system pumping stations and related facilities for fiscal year 2023.

Requires the town to determine that reimbursements are necessary expenditures eligible under Section 602 of the federal Social Security Act (American Rescue Plan Act) and that recipients have not received reimbursement from other sources including insurance.

Mandates the town comply with the Single Audit Act and Uniform Guidance requirements regarding internal controls, sub-recipient monitoring, and audit provisions when disbursing funds.

Requires the town to certify to the Department of Finance and Administration that all expenditures comply with U.S. Department of the Treasury guidelines for Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund use.

Establishes that if federal inspectors determine improper use of funds, the town or recipient responsible must repay the State of Mississippi the amount for federal repayment; effective July 1, 2022.
