Convicted again on February 18, 2016, for aggravated assault, possession of stolen firearm, and weapon possession, receiving 8 years post-release supervision

Completed all sentence terms and was discharged September 2, 2018; Legislature affirms he has since conducted himself as a law-abiding citizen
