Extends the repeal date of Horn Lake's hotel and motel room rental tax from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2026.

Maintains the city's authority to levy a tax not exceeding $2.00 per overnight room rental to promote tourism and economic development.

Tax excludes charges for food, telephone, laundry, beverages, and day-use rooms without overnight accommodations.

Requires tax revenue to be collected by the Department of Revenue, deposited into a special fund separate from the general fund, and audited annually by an independent certified public accountant.

Revenue must be expended solely for promoting the city's tourism and economic development attributes.
