Extends the repeal date of the Grenada Tourism Commission provisions from September 30, 2022, to September 30, 2023.

Maintains authorization for the City of Grenada to levy a tourism tax up to 2% on hotel and motel room rentals to fund the commission's tourism promotion activities.

Maintains authorization for an additional tax up to 1% on hotel and motel room rentals dedicated to constructing, financing, and operating a sports park.

Maintains authorization for taxes up to 1% on gross receipts from restaurants and bars (for establishments with annual gross proceeds exceeding $100,000) for tourism and sports park purposes.

Preserves the seven-member Grenada Tourism Commission structure with representatives from the restaurant and hotel associations, chamber of commerce, and city council appointments.
