Convicted again of grand larceny on May 19, 2011, sentenced to 3 years incarceration, 4 years probation, and required completion of a long-term drug and alcohol program

Released February 2, 2012, and discharged September 18, 2012; legislature states he has since conducted himself as a law-abiding citizen
