Requires vehicle headlights (front and rear lamps) to be operated whenever precipitation or other conditions necessitate the use of windshield wipers

Maintains existing requirements for headlight use from sunset to sunrise and when visibility is less than 500 feet

Prohibits drivers from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps when headlights are required

Establishes a misdemeanor violation with a fine of up to $25 for non-compliance

Effective date of July 1, 2022
