Prohibits counties and municipalities from establishing local minimum wage or mandatory paid leave requirements, reserving such decisions for the state legislature to ensure economic consistency.

Brings forward nine existing Mississippi Code sections for possible amendment, including provisions on state auditor internships, poll manager training compensation, school employee leave, and human trafficking definitions.

Allows judges to set work credit rates for criminal fines at no less than federal minimum wage when defendants work on public property instead of paying fines.
