Sets tipped employee minimum wage at $3.62 per hour, with tipped employees defined as those receiving more than $30.00 per month in tips

Requires overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for employees earning $455.00 or less per week, with no exemptions for manual laborers, blue collar workers, or first responders regardless of salary

Prohibits overtime exemptions for employees whose primary duties do not involve management, general business operations, or work requiring advanced specialized knowledge or artistic/creative talent

Defers to the federal Fair Labor Standards Act for employers and employees not specifically addressed in the state law
