Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-19-103 to add a new factor courts may consider when deviating from standard child support guidelines

Adds mental or physical disability of a child as a specific criterion for adjusting child support awards, including children over age 21 who are incapable of self-support

Allows courts to consider situations where a disabled adult child requires ongoing care from the custodial parent when determining appropriate support amounts

Effective date of July 1, 2022
