Requires headlights to be operated on all vehicles on public roads, streets, or highways during sunset to sunrise, whenever windshield wipers are necessary, or when insufficient light prevents discerning a person 500 feet ahead.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when headlights are required by law.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $50.00.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
