Requires owners of manufactured homes or mobile homes relocated to a different county to notify the tax collector of the county from which the home was relocated within 21 days of relocation.

Maintains existing requirement that owners register manufactured homes or mobile homes with the tax collector within 7 days of purchase or entry into a county.

Maintains existing requirement that owners reregister with the tax collector within 7 days when relocating a home within the same county.

Establishes a penalty of not more than $25.00 for willful violations of manufactured home and mobile home registration and assessment laws.

Effective date: July 1, 2022.
