Violations of the harvest reporting program regulations constitute a Class II violation under Section 49-7-143, plus administrative fees

First-time violators face administrative fees of $100-$500; second or subsequent violations carry fees of $500-$1,000, with each deer or turkey taken in violation counting as a separate offense

Department must provide annual reports on the harvest reporting program to the Senate and House Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks Committees
