Creates the Mississippi Commission on Wage Review, a 7-member body to examine wages paid to both public and private employees in the state

Commission membership includes representatives from the Department of Human Services, Mississippi Manufacturers Association, Mississippi Development Authority, Magnolia Bar Association, AARP Mississippi, State Economist, and one Governor appointee from a job training nonprofit

Requires the commission to review Mississippi employee wages at least every two years and compare them to wages in the Southeastern region

Mandates biennial reports with findings and recommendations on wage differentials to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security and the Legislature

Commission must hold its first meeting before August 1, 2022, with appointments made within 30 days of the act's effective date
