Authorizes an increase in the daily pay for riding bailiffs serving circuit, chancery, county, or eminent domain courts from a flat rate of $55 to a range between $55 and $100 per day

Judges may allow sheriffs to employ up to four riding bailiffs per court, with county court judges limited to one bailiff per court day

Full-time deputy sheriffs remain prohibited from receiving riding bailiff compensation
