Allocates $11.00 from each Implied Consent Law (DUI) violation assessment to the Law Enforcement Officers Training Fund

Deposits $25.00 from each Implied Consent Law violation assessment into the Mississippi Forensics Laboratory Implied Consent Law Fund

Directs $100.00 from each felony violation assessment to the Forensics Laboratory DNA Identification System Fund

Contains a conflicting effective date provision stating the act takes effect July 1, 2022, but also stands repealed June 30, 2022
