Removes examination requirements for out-of-state license holders seeking Mississippi licenses across 40+ professions, including landscape architects, barbers, chiropractors, dentists, physical therapists, nurses, pharmacists, real estate agents, and veterinarians

Eliminates requirements that other states must have "equivalent" or "substantially similar" licensing standards to Mississippi for reciprocity to be granted

Removes requirements that other states must offer reciprocal licensing privileges to Mississippi licensees before Mississippi will recognize their licenses

Mandates that licensing boards "shall" issue licenses to qualified out-of-state applicants rather than giving boards discretion ("may") to approve or deny such applications

Maintains existing reciprocity provisions for military-trained applicants, military spouses, and new state residents under Sections 73-50-1 and 73-50-2
