Authorizes vehicles transporting timber products with loads extending more than 4 feet beyond the vehicle bed or trailer to operate at night, provided a rotating or oscillating amber strobe light or LED light is affixed near the end of the load.

Requires the amber warning light to be displayed from one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise and during the period defined in Section 63-7-11.

Amends Section 63-5-19 to add cross-references to Section 63-7-47, allowing timber product vehicles with projecting loads to operate during extended hours when equipped with the required lighting.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
