Authorizes Mississippi to issue up to $65 million in general obligation bonds to fund construction of the Evelyn Gandy Parkway North Extension in Forrest County

The parkway extension runs from the intersection of Interstate 59 and Mississippi Highway 42 to the intersection of U.S. Highway 49 and Pep's Point Road

Creates the "2022 Forrest County - Evelyn Gandy Parkway North Extension Fund" in the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds, with the Department of Finance and Administration controlling disbursements

Bonds must be issued by July 1, 2026, may mature up to 25 years from issuance, and are backed by the full faith and credit of Mississippi

Bond income is exempt from all Mississippi state taxation, and bonds qualify as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions
