Reenacts sections 47-5-1001 through 47-5-1014 of Mississippi Code governing the intensive supervision program and electronic home detention under the Department of Corrections.

Extends the repeal date of the intensive supervision program from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2025.

Requires participants engaged in employment to pay monthly fees (minimum $88.00 per month for adults; $10.00-$50.00 for juveniles on sliding scale), with fees deposited into a special state fund for program administration costs.

Prohibits placement of offenders convicted of crimes of violence or sex crimes in the program; allows circuit courts to place eligible defendants under intensive supervision with electronic monitoring devices and house arrest conditions.

Requires participants to maintain employment or student status, perform at least 10 hours monthly community service, submit to drug and alcohol testing, and comply with residence restrictions and other court-imposed conditions.
