Authorizes issuance of up to $527,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist the Town of Bude, Mississippi, with relocating, repairing, renovating, restoring, furnishing, and equipping the Bude Depot and its caboose

Creates the "2022 Town of Bude - Depot Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds, with the Department of Finance and Administration controlling disbursements

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2026, and mature within 25 years from the date of issue

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi, with bond income exempt from all state taxation

Any remaining funds after project completion, abandonment, or inability to complete in a timely manner will be applied to pay debt service on the bonds
