Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $500,000 to assist the Town of Plantersville with park improvements and police equipment purchases ($200,000) and the Town of Shannon with community center construction and furnishing ($300,000).

Creates the "2022 Towns of Plantersville and Shannon Improvements Fund" as a separate special fund within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds for the specified projects.

Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $20,000 to assist Lee County with construction of a volunteer fire department building and community center near the Town of Shannon.

Creates the "2022 Lee County Volunteer Fire Department Building Construction Fund" as a separate special fund to receive and disburse bond proceeds for Lee County projects.

Bonds are general obligations of Mississippi backed by full faith and credit of the state, may mature up to 25 years from issuance, and may not be issued after July 1, 2026; bond income is exempt from state taxation.
