Authorizes up to $250,000 in state general obligation bonds for infrastructure and park improvements in three municipalities: $50,000 for the City of Verona, $100,000 for the Town of Plantersville, and $100,000 for the Town of Shannon

Towns of Plantersville and Shannon may use their allocations for police department equipment purchases in addition to infrastructure and park improvements; Shannon may also fund natural gas system improvements

Authorizes an additional $20,000 in state general obligation bonds for Lee County to construct a volunteer fire department building near Shannon and an adjacent community center

Creates two special funds within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds, with the Department of Finance and Administration controlling disbursements

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2026, may mature up to 25 years from issuance, and are exempt from all state taxation
