Creates the Mississippi Gospel Music Commission to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for gospel music tourism and economic development, with a report due to the Governor and Legislature before the 2023 Regular Session.

Commission composed of 15 members including directors from tourism, archives, arts, and educational television authorities, university representatives, two state senators (non-voting), two house members (non-voting), and four gubernatorial appointees focused on gospel music promotion.

Authorizes the Division of Tourism to establish a statewide "Mississippi Gospel Music Trail" infrastructure offering structured tours of gospel music historical sites and performance venues.

Directs the Division of Tourism to designate and erect "Mississippi Gospel Music Trail" historical markers throughout the state, with the Mississippi Department of Transportation responsible for erecting and maintaining approved markers.

Commission may accept grants and private donations from federal, state, public, and private sources, with funds deposited in a special state treasury account for gospel music promotion activities.
