Requires all vacancies on the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women to be filled by June 1, 2022, with the Governor calling a meeting of the full commission before July 1, 2022

Establishes that commission members who miss three consecutive regular meetings (except for illness) shall be removed by majority vote of board members or by their original appointing officer

Authorizes the Lieutenant Governor to designate two senators and the Speaker of the House to designate two representatives to attend commission meetings as non-voting observers, with per diem and expenses paid from contingent funds

Assigns the commission to the Department of Finance and Administration for administrative purposes, requiring the department to provide meeting space in a state office building

Mandates the commission conduct an annual statewide forum on issues affecting women's status, educational and employment needs, and achievements, plus additional events throughout the year recognizing women's achievements
