• Requires state officials to fill all vacancies on the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women by June 1, 2022, and the Governor must call a full commission meeting by July 1, 2022.

• Removes any commission member who fails to attend three consecutive regular meetings for reasons other than illness, with removal by majority board vote or the original appointing officer.

• Assigns the commission to the Department of Finance and Administration for administrative purposes only, which must provide a meeting location in a state office building.

• Authorizes the Lieutenant Governor and Speaker of the House to each designate two legislators to attend commission meetings with no voting jurisdiction and per diem paid from contingent expense funds.

• Requires the commission to conduct an annual statewide forum on issues affecting women's status, education, and employment, plus additional events throughout the year recognizing women's achievements.
