Creates the "Victoria Huggins' Mississippi Pill Press Law of 2022" criminalizing unauthorized possession, sale, transfer, or manufacture of pill presses and related pharmaceutical equipment when intended for producing controlled or counterfeit substances

Violation carries up to 5 years imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $5,000

Requires all pill presses, tableting machines, encapsulating machines, and similar equipment to be registered with the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics unless authorized by the Board of Pharmacy

Directs the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to establish rules for registration, transfer, destruction, and renewal of equipment registrations, including inspections

Effective date of July 1, 2022
