Extends the sunset date for the Mississippi State Parole Board from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2025

Maintains the five-member board structure with members appointed by the Governor with Senate confirmation, serving at the Governor's will and pleasure

Preserves existing board requirements including bachelor's degree (or high school diploma with 4 years work experience), full-time dedication, annual training, and immunity from civil liability for official acts

Retains the board's exclusive authority over parole decisions, parole revocation, and clemency investigations requested by the Governor
