Extends the repeal date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2025 for the Mississippi Department of Corrections' authority to collect monthly supervision fees from offenders on probation, parole, or other field supervision

Offenders under field supervision must pay $55 per month, with $50 deposited into the Community Service Revolving Fund, $3 to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund, and $2 to the Training Revolving Fund

Hardship waivers may be granted by the sentencing court or Department of Corrections for periods not exceeding 90 days

Community Service Revolving Fund expenditures support restitution centers, satellite centers, the Drug Identification Program, and intensive supervision programs, including salaries, equipment, supplies, and vehicles

Offenders cannot be required to make supervision fee payments for more than 10 years and cannot be imprisoned for non-payment if financially unable to pay
