Authorizes issuance of up to $300,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund repair, renovation, and restoration of the Rosenwald School in Marshall County, Mississippi.

Establishes a special fund designated "2022 Rosenwald School - Marshall County Repair and Renovation Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for project costs.

Bonds may be issued at any time or in multiple installments by the State Bond Commission but cannot be issued after July 1, 2026, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue.

Pledges the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi to guarantee bond payment; interest rates cannot exceed limits in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101.

Requires that remaining funds after project completion be applied to debt service on the bonds, and exempts bonds and income from all state taxation.
