Requires all individual and group health insurance policies, HMOs, and self-insured plans in Mississippi to cover annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests, effective July 1, 2022

Prohibits insurers from charging higher deductibles or coinsurance for these screenings than what is established for similar benefits, and mandates reimbursement rates to providers equal to or greater than Medicare rates

Amends the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan to include mandatory coverage for annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests

Requires insurers to provide out-of-network referrals at no additional cost to patients if no participating provider is available to perform the required screenings
