Increases the compensation limit for chancery clerks and circuit clerks from $94,500 to $99,500 annually, with phased implementation through 2028.

Raises circuit clerk compensation for conducting elections from $2,500 to $5,000 per year starting January 1, 2024, and to $10,000 per year starting January 1, 2028.

Increases county tax assessor and tax collector salaries by $5,000 starting January 1, 2024, and by an additional $5,000 starting January 1, 2028, with amounts varying by county assessed valuation (ranging from $55,929 to $80,560 by 2028).

Raises chancery clerk compensation for attending board of supervisors meetings to an annual sum not exceeding $2,500 (increasing to $5,000 by 2028), and for other services as clerk to $5,500 (increasing to $10,000 by 2028).

Increases marshal and constable fees for service of process from $45 to $55, and raises county medical examiner compensation for death investigation reports from $175 to $185 (2024) and $195 (2028).
