Exempts sales of "precious metals bullion" from Mississippi sales tax, defined as coins, bars, or rounds made primarily of refined gold, silver, or other precious metals marked by weight, purity, and content, or minted by a government authority.

Adds the precious metals bullion exemption as subsection (aaa) to Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code, establishing it as an official sales tax exemption category.

Effective date is July 1, 2022.

Does not affect or defeat any tax claims, assessments, or appeals for taxes accrued before the effective date.
