Expands the Mississippi Rural Physicians Scholarship Program to include a new loan repayment program for medical and osteopathic school graduates who practice in rural or medically underserved areas of Mississippi.

Eligible participants in the loan repayment program may receive up to $30,000 per year for practicing medicine in qualifying rural or medically underserved areas, with a maximum of $120,000 per participant.

Participants who fail to complete their obligated practice period must repay all financial assistance received, with the repayment amount reduced proportionally for actual years of practice completed.

The loan repayment program shall be funded exclusively through appropriations from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund.

Renames the program to the "Mississippi Rural Physicians Scholarship and Loan Repayment Program" and updates the related commission accordingly to administer both the scholarship and new loan repayment components.
