Requires vehicles operated on public roads, streets, or highways in Mississippi to operate front and rear lamps during sunset to sunrise, whenever precipitation or conditions necessitate windshield wiper use, and when insufficient light prevents discerning a person 500 feet ahead.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when full front and rear lamps are required.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of no more than $25.00.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
